These terms govern the purchase and use of digital products sold by Signalst ("Signalst", "we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. Please read them before buying.
If you have any questions before purchasing, contact us at hello@signalst.co.uk.
Signalst is a UK-based business. Our contact email is hello@signalst.co.uk.
When you purchase the Copilot Bootcamp Kit (in any tier), you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital materials supplied. You are not purchasing ownership of the content, intellectual property, or any future versions of the materials.
The kit is supplied as a set of digital files (Word documents and Excel workbook) delivered electronically via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Delivery is typically immediate upon payment confirmation.
Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable fee, Signalst grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the kit materials for the following purposes only:
The licence covers a single organisation. If you are purchasing on behalf of a group of organisations, a separate licence is required for each.
You may not, without prior written permission from Signalst:
If you are a consultant, trainer, or L&D professional wishing to use the kit with client organisations, please contact us at hello@signalst.co.uk to discuss a multi-organisation or facilitator licence.
All content, structure, and materials in the Copilot Bootcamp Kit are the intellectual property of Signalst. Purchase of a licence does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Adaptations you make for internal use remain subject to these terms; the underlying intellectual property in the original materials remains with Signalst.
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If the kit does not meet the description on this website, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@signalst.co.uk and we will issue a full refund.
Because the kit is a digital product delivered immediately on purchase, we are not required by law to offer a cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once you have accessed the files. However, we offer the 14-day satisfaction guarantee above as a matter of policy.
Refund requests made after 14 days, or where the materials have been used to run a programme, will be considered at our discretion.
The kit is a self-facilitated programme. It does not include:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signalst's total liability to you in connection with these terms or any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Signalst is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, productivity, or data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The kit materials are based on a programme delivered within a UK organisation using Microsoft 365 Copilot. Microsoft's products and features change regularly. While we update materials when we are able to, we cannot guarantee that every feature, interface, or navigation path described will remain current. You are responsible for verifying that programme instructions match the version of Microsoft 365 available to your participants.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised.
